THE CHALLENGE
A private client approached me to design a custom court wrap for their personal basketball court, celebrating NBA superstar Steph Curry. The project required balancing creative expression with brand accuracy, as the artwork would use officially licensed assets approved by the NBA. The brief called for something bold, energetic, and infused with the raw spirit of street basketball.
 

MY ROLE

I created the full wrap-around court artwork, combining graffiti textures, explosive colours, and high-impact compositions to evoke the grit and energy of urban basketball culture. Working closely with the client, I aligned the visuals with their vision while ensuring all assets met the NBA’s licensing and usage guidelines.
 

THE OUTCOME

The final design transformed the court into a dynamic, visually immersive space that honoured Steph Curry’s legacy while capturing the energy of streetball. The client was thrilled with the result, and the project stands as a unique example of merging officially licensed branding with expressive, large-scale art.
