THE CHALLENGE
ABS Group, a major player in Australia’s automotive services industry, was undergoing rapid growth across its brands, including ABS Auto and Autobarn. The existing digital presence was outdated and not reflective of the brands’ evolving identity or customer expectations. The challenge was to deliver a modern, user-friendly web experience that would align with the companies’ growth and engage a broader audience.

MY ROLE

I led the creative development of multiple websites for ABS Group, working closely with internal stakeholders and the development team. I conceptualised the design direction for both ABS Auto and Autobarn, ensuring the user experience was intuitive and future-ready. Additionally, I designed the first phase of the Craig Lowndes website — a partnership project with Autobarn — which launched in 2017 to support their brand ambassador strategy.

THE OUTCOME

The redesigned ABS Auto site was a major success, helping to revitalise the brand and attract thousands of new customers. The cohesive design and improved user experience positioned both ABS Auto and Autobarn for continued digital growth and deeper customer engagement.
